Mark Kierpal and Mark Clayton are both accredited RiskSmart consultants. RiskSmart is Brisbane City, Logan City and Gold Coast City Council’s fast track approval process for selected low-risk development applications.
TIMING & PROCESS
Applications must be prepared, lodged, and certified by a Council accredited RiskSMART consultant. In return, Council guarantees that the application will be decided quickly. Urbicus are advocates of this process as it provides our clients with certainty in relation to development outcomes and approval timeframes.
Code Assessable applications are often decided in a matter of days and Impact Assessable applications are decided in approximately 6 weeks.

- Dual Occupancy
- Reconfiguring a Lot (10 lots or less)
- Low Impact Industry, Medium Impact Industry, Warehouse
