Tom Pfitzner

Tom is a Business graduate from QUT with a strong interest in property, planning, and development. He joined Urbicus in 2025 as an Assistant Urban Planner.

Tom brings well-developed coordination, analytical, and communication skills to the property and development sector. Through his experience in a paralegal role, along with prior roles in hospitality and coaching, he has developed a solid foundation in due diligence, stakeholder engagement, documentation, and managing competing deadlines, capabilities that are highly valued in the urban planning environment.

In his day-to-day role, Tom works closely with the planning team to assist in the preparation of development applications across both commercial and residential projects. He also liaises with relevant stakeholders to support an efficient and streamlined approval process.

Outside of Urbicus, Tom enjoys the outdoors, travelling, and plays AFL with the University of Queensland.
