Henry Watson

Henry is a well-respected urban planner whose reputation has been earned through his methodical preparation of development applications, high success rate in obtaining pragmatic development approvals, relationship with building designers, architects & other consultants and his rapport with council officers.

The Urbicus team welcomed Henry in 2019 & since then, Henry has managed or assisted in processing over 1,400 Development Applications within Queensland.  However, he has experience with all Local Governments & State Government, particularly in the Southeast Corner.

Henry specialises in a variety of areas which includes Residential Projects, Subdivisions & Commercial/Industrial Developments. His focus is to maximise yield & development outcomes that meet the needs of clients.

He holds a Bachelor of Regional & Urban Town Planning from the University of Queensland.

Beyond the office, Henry spends his time playing AFL, travelling, and cherishing moments with his young family.
