This proposal entailed the subdivision of land and the retention of a pre-war structure within a Character Area. The house was ideally positioned be retained on a 400m² with only minor building works and facilitate the creation of a vacant 400m² allotment in Kelvin Grove.
Vacant lots in inner city Brisbane are rare and difficult to procure. Obtaining the approval and managing the process, including sub contractors for services such water and sewer installation was executed professionally. Overall a terrific infill development was achieved with the vacant allotment ready for a new development.
