The Jales Street property was the last site to be subdivided within an established residential street characterised by large suburban blocks. The Jales Street development proposed the introduction of smaller residential lots within an established area. The retention of established hoop pines on an adjoining site was achieved to Councils satisfaction while not compromising lot yield. Approval to remove established vegetation within the footpath was negotiated to facilitate individual access to lots and achieve desired lot yields.
